Once the design phase is completed, the fabrication process begins, starting with welding. The frame of our three-wheelers is constructed using the finest metal tubing available, ensuring durability and strength.
Painting
After fabrication, the vehicles move on to the painting phase. This process involves a thorough cleaning and preparation of the surface before applying the primer, paint, and clear coat.

The Assembly process is highly efficient, employing a Line-Assembly system that integrates top-sourced components into our E-Rickshaws and E-Scooties. We adhere to the principles of 5S, ensuring a streamlined and continuous
